Senior Officer- Debt Capital Market/Investment Banking

This bank is reputable and has solid leadership. With their expansion plans in place, they are currently seeking for a Senior Officer- Debt Capital Market/Investment Banking to be part of their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the origination and execution of Debt Capital Markets clients (Corporates, Financial institution, State-owned Enterprises)
• Prepare presentation decks
• Involve in due diligence, book-building, credit limit application, legal documentation review, pricing analysis, market update and pitchbooks
• Stay knowledgeable of current affairs, bond markets, primary market issuance
• Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Accountancy/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling Debt Capital Market/Investment banking deals
• Positive mindset, motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
