*Seeking for a HR AM/Senior Executive who has minimum 4 years of hands on HR operations exposure*
THE COMPANY
This MNC has a steady leadership and is expanding. Currently, they seek for a HR Assistant Manager/Senior Executive to be part of their HR team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle HR and admin functions
- Prepare HR reports to Head office
- Handle/improve staff incentive policy and benefits
- Handle staff leave encashments/entitlements
- Deal with training schedules and programmes
- Improve HR policies and processes
- Assist in management meetings and company events
- Other HR operations/adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HR/Business/Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
- Minimum 4 years of hands on HR operations exposure
- Proficient in Korean as the candidate has to interact with Korean-speaking internal and external counterparts
- Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
