*Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil/Derivatives*
THE COMPANY
Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure settlements of trades from payments, invoicing, confirmation and cash flow allocation
- Perform reconciliation of transaction details between IT systems and counterparties
- Resolve any differences in reconciliation
- Report on these differences/provide updates to management
- Involve in any projects relating to settlements function
- Work closely with counterparties other relevant departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in International Finance/International Shipping/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil/Derivatives
- Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms
- Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
