*Seeking for a talent with minimum 5 years of HR benefits/expat management and HR Admin exposure*
THE COMPANY
A credible, reliable specialist and label in their field, this Multinational Corporation (MNC) seeks to look for a HR Benefits and Admin Executive who is able to be part of the HR and office admin.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle HR benefits/management (focused on Expat management- whole lifecycle)- Accommodation, Flight, transportation, education or other related allowance
- Monitor on the expat management processes/benefits
- Study and monitor trends and cost on the expat management processes/benefits
- Stay up to date on current market norms and policies
- Ensure compliance of expat management policies
- Involve in expat management process improvements projects
- Support other colleagues in general admin work (Data entry and Filing, update mailing/phone list etc)
- Booking of Flight, Visas, Hotel/Accommodation/rental, Travel schedules/activities, Insurance planned etc.
- Handle/co-ordinate company’s events/gifts
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR benefits/expat management and HR Admin exposure
- Patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
