*Seeking for an Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable (AP) exposure)*
THE COMPANY
With their growth strategy in place, they seek to expand their reach in their Commodities Trading business. Currently, they seek for a Settlements Executive to be part of their accounting team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify document for payments
- Process payments
- Prepare Statement of Accounts
- Check purchase and sales contract
- Help reconcile foreign companies transactions
- Check trade completed with trade incoterms
- Ensure completeness of deal entry with signed contracts
- Liaise with counterparts and other related entities to settle payments
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
- Minimum 2 years of Settlements /Accounts or Accounts Payable (AP) experience in a Commodities trading company or any other industry sectors
- Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
