Legal Counsel (Banking)

One of the established brands in the Banking industry. The company is expanding and seeks for a Legal Counsel to be part of the Legal team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and review legal agreements, contracts and document
• Provide legal advice on new or existing business transactions
• Handle and liaise with external legal firms
• Ensure the company is compliant to regulations and company’s policy
• Keep abreast of latest changes to regulations
• Work closely other business units
• Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Bachelor of Laws or Legal studies (or any other relevant Degree)
• Admission to Singapore Bar
• Minimum 3 years of Legal experience in the Banking sector
• Approachable, diligent, excellent writing and communication skills, proficient in regulations
