*Seeking for a hands-on HR Generalist- Senior Officer/Assistant Manager with minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Generalist duties*

This bank is a reliable brand in their field. As one of the specialists, they are committed to strengthen their brand and are now currently looking for a hands-on HR Generalist- Senior Officer/Assistant Manager to join their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the company’s recruitment admin activities (Liaising with recruiters, arrange interviews)
- Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
- Update employees’ file
- Handle HR cost/budgeting
- Check outsourced payroll (Salary, CPF, Income tax, Annual leave etc.)
- Prepare reports to the management, head office and MAS
- Update HR policy/staff handbook
- Maintain leave system
- Handle training matters
- Liaise with regulators and surveys (MOM, auditors etc.)
- Participate in HR or any other projects
- Handle other administrative matters
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin
- Knowledge in Singapore labour laws
- Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
