*Seeking for a HR Generalist with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience handling HR Generalist function including recruitment from Family office/funds/asset management*

This company is a reliable brand in their field. They are expanding and are committed to strengthen their brand are now currently looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full range of HR activities: Recruitment (Linkedin, adverts etc.), Onboarding (including Contracts and work pass applications), Compensation and Benefits (including insurance etc.), Payroll, Submission of government related claims (CPF, tax, childcare, maternity etc.), adhoc HR projects
  • Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
  • Ensure timely reporting to the management
  • Liaise with regulators (MOM, auditors etc.)
  • Document and improve HR processes
  • Participate in HR or any other projects
  • Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience handling HR Generalist function including recruitment from Family office/funds/asset management
  • Knowledge in Singapore labour laws
  • Confident, friendly, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
