*Seeking for an Assistant HR Manager/AVP who has minimum 4 years of hand-on banking experience handling Expat Management, Tax clearance, Business Partnering duties*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Expatriate management
  • Deal with Expat Tax clearance
  • Strategic Business partnering (Studying specific HR organization matrix, Involve in company’s/ Business partnering engagements, Driving company’s cultural norms,Close communication gaps)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Participate in HR or any other projects
  • Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in HR/Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
  • Minimum 4 years of hand-on banking experience handling Expat Management, Tax clearance, Business Partnering duties
  • Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
