*Seeking for a hands-on HR Senior Officer/Assistant Manager with minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin*

  • Handle the company’s recruitment admin activities (Posting of adverts, liaising with recruiters, arrange interviews)
  • Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
  • Update employees’ file
  • Prepare reports to the management, head office and MAS
  • Maintain leave system
  • Handle training admin matters
  • Liaise with regulators (MOM, auditors etc.)
  • Participate in HR or any other projects
  • Handle other administrative matters
  • Any other adhoc duties


  • Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience handling HR Admin
  • Has knowledge in Singapore labour laws
  • Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
