*Seeking for an Operator with minimum 1 year of experience handling full sets of shipping document and has knowledge of shipping terms*
THE COMPANY
Focused on their product offerings, this company has grown rapidly. Currently, they seek for Operator to assist them in their Operations team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure shipping documentations are proper and accurate
- Handle full sets of shipping documentations
- Deal with sales and purchase entry posting
- Deal with freight payments
- Archive documents
- Work closely with other relevant departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree Holder (Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevant education
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Operations experience handling full sets of shipping documents (from Commodities/Shipping/Logistics/Manufacturing companies)
- Knowledge of shipping terms and letter of credit
- Highly organized, meticulous, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
